Gracemor's team of professionals will also obtain minor variances, required permits and approvals as well as working directly with trades personnel to ensure that every client is completely happy.

Our talented, experienced team of architects, tradesmen and tradeswomen, and interior designers have successfully renovated homes. We’ve helped homeowners swap old scratched floors to shiny new floors, adjusted acoustical/suspended ceiling systems, and have used our experience to transform any room to match the vision of our customers. Renovations and additions can include architectural and interior design, obtaining all municipal approvals and scheduling contractors and trades to ensure a seamless transformation from old to new.

For clients who already own a property and have approved architectural plans, Gracemor's professional project management team can step in to help guide and manage the entire construction process. Meticulous attention is paid to every detail, inside and out. Ongoing consultations throughout all construction phases assures complete client satisfaction.

Evaluation of Land
If you haven’t yet acquired the perfect building lot for your future home, our team can assist you with the purchase of land either through the services of our realtor or your own. Gracemor provides site evaluations for clients who are considering purchasing a specific lot. There are a number of critical issues from grading, soil and drainage conditions, lot size and the location of trees to zoning or other government regulations that may effect building design.
